Summer Series 2023 Water Aerobics Classes

This summer we held a Summer Series of free water aerobics classes at the Northwest Aquatics Center in Des Moines!

This series was meant to give everyone of all ages, sizes and abilities, the opportunity to participate in a safe and low-impact fitness class. The series was sponsored by United Way and Delta Dental.

We had a great turnout, and lots of fun exercising together. It was a great success! Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make this event happen.
