Want to join our free low impact chair exercise class?
Grace Fitness is at the Forest Avenue Library weekly. Work up a sweat without leaving your chair every Wednesday at 6:00 pm. Great class for seniors, people with disabilities, and those that need a great workout without getting up and down on the floor.
